New Box Design

Much as I liked the design of my old boxes, I decided it was time for an update. For a start, they didn't have my name on and also they were quite expensive for cardboard boxes and didn't stay closed as well as you would expect for the money.  So instead I decided to go for a nice quality matte black box with gold printed writing - like so: I also decided to have a bit of an overhaul of my logo (such as it was!) and font I used for my name and the design eventually ended up going from this:

Much as I love a big, swirly baroque font, I will concede that my original one was a bugger to read, especially at small sizes, so I think the simpler clean lines of the new one work a lot better for boxes and business cards.

Now that all that is sorted, I can get back to the workshop.  Starting to get Christmas orders already - eek!
